 Determine the factory category

Thailand divides factories into three categories, and the application requirements and processes for each type of factory are slightly different:
Category I factories: No license is required, only environmental and safety standards must be followed.
Category II factories: need to notify the Ministry of Industry and start operations after complying with regulations.
Category III factories: require a factory license from the Ministry of Industry before they can start operations.
